Hi, I’m E’Liza Scott, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Health First Telehealth. I created this practice to make high quality healthcare more accessible, affordable and convenient for individuals and families- without long waits, insurance barriers, or rushed visits.

With over 10 years of clinical experience caring for both adults and children, I focus on compassionate, patient centered care that meets you where you are. My approach combines evidence-based medicine with thoughtful listening, education, and personalized treatment plans.
